Twitch streamer ExtraEmily has revealed she was pulled over and given a warning for driving with an expired registration. The streamer has also hired a driver after being banned three times for distracted driving incidents, including a recent stream where she nearly crashed while looking at chat.
ExtraEmily was hit with a one-day Twitch ban following her June 29 IRL stream, which showed her repeatedly looking down at her chat while behind the wheel. During the broadcast, she also came close to crashing into another vehicle, sparking criticism over her driving and use of Twitch while on the road.
It was the third time ExtraEmily had been banned for similar incidents, having previously faced suspensions in October 2023 and April 2025.
The Twitch star has now made a change to her IRL streams by getting someone else to drive her around.

With Jacob behind the wheel, ExtraEmily will be able to interact with her Twitch chat while traveling.
ExtraEmily given warning over expired registration
The streamer also told viewers that she had been pulled over by police just one day earlier.
“Yesterday, I got pulled over. I got pulled over off-stream. I was so scared, the sheriff was behind me, and then I just see the lights, and I’m like, ‘Oh my God, what happened, what happened?’” she recalled.
According to ExtraEmily, the officer told her that her vehicle registration had been expired since January 2024.
“She said, ‘The reason why I am pulling you over today is because your registration is expired.’ It said January 2024. She said ‘I see it’s not been registered for the past two years, I’m just going to give you a warning.
